Submersive figures

In august an exhibition took place at the New Street Gallery in Penzance. Sara interviewed Lisa Stewart. Penny Lancaster, Robert Bradford and Morwenna Morrison about their artwork and how they came to part of this group exhibition of paintings, ceramics and sculpture. The artists consider themselves to be working on the edge of the mainstream gallery system, and their work challenges preconceptions of what it means to be an artist in Cornwall.
